Jamie L. Koetje is the Vice President of People & Development for Utility Supply & Construction Company (USC). She began her career with USC in 2012 as an HR Specialist. Jamie is responsible for leading all facets of USC’s HR efforts, with a focus on employee relations, policy and compliance, communication, benefits, and helping identify long-term, strategic organizational effectiveness and goals.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Ferris State University, she entered the workplace to pursue her passion for people. She started her career in employee benefits and held various roles helping HR Personnel navigate compliance, risk, and employee education. These positions introduced her to working with a company’s most valuable resource, its employees. 

When not at work, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is happiest when she is outdoors - running, hiking, biking, or enjoying a sunset.
