Pete Cotter is Vice President of Operations for Hydrolake, Inc. He is responsible for commissioning the company with lean manufacturing processes, world class quality control and JIT inventory management principles at both facilities in McBain, MI and Grayling, MI. Pete joined the team in March of 2016 with 30 years of experience in senior manufacturing, sales and supply chain roles in a variety of industries including aerospace, bearings, distribution, medical, office/store equipment, and transportation products. Pete is a graduate of Central Michigan University, possessing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In his free time, Pete loves spending time with his wife and his daughters.
